Chronotopia has been in development for 5 years. All content is generated by custom programming written in C#.
A copy of the Source Engine (version 1.62.4.1) is included in the game.

Chronotopia has a lot of potential for original content.

Chronotopia will be looking for a volunteer to focus on the technical challenge of how to do your own class/level generation.
This is an incredibly difficult problem. We are not in the business of making levels. We are the reverse: we are in the business of placing (or generating) modules into a level. The challenge is providing enough of these modules to create interesting levels at a good pace.
